The Council of Russian Association of Marine and River Bunker Suppliers has decided to apply to the court for repeal of the Central Energy Customs’ ban on bunkering of vessels in Russian ports (contained in the teletypogram of the Central Energy Customs chief dated 22.08.2013). The ban covers the customs procedures in respect of goods declared as supplies and transferred to vessels moored at places other than berths of specialized oil terminals. As IAA PortNews learnt from the Association, the application will be forwarded to the court early next week.
