Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg completes transshipment of tugboats for RF Navy’s Pacific Fleet
The personnel of Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg OJSC jointly with experts of Universal Forwarding Company LLC have completed transshipment of six tugboats for RF Navy’s Pacific Fleet. Two sea-going and four harbour tugboats with total weight of 3,000 tonnes were loaded onto the Hansa Heavy Lift LAGOS for delivery to Vladivostok, the stevedoring company says.
The process lasted for several days, cargo slinging operations were carried out by divers. Special metal structures were assembled onboard the vessel for fixing tugboats.
The tugboats («РБ-402», «РБ-403», «РБ-404», «РБ-405», «МБ-92», «МБ-93») were built in 2013 by Pella Shipyard (Leningrad region).
