MCC Transport implements Winter Surcharge (WSC) for imports to Far East Russia

MCC Transport announces the implementation of a Winter Surcharge (WSC) for all imports to Far East Russia, the company said in its press release.
The WSC will apply for all cargo imported to all ports in Far East Russia, from all Intra Asia countries.
The WSC will be effective from 01st December 2013, at the below levels:
