Rustam Yusupov appointed as Deputy General Director for Rosmorport’s State Property Management (photo)

By FSUE “Rosmorport” order dated 15.11.2013 No. 714/k Rustam Yusupov was appointed Deputy General Director for State Property Management from 15 November, 2013, Rosmorport’s press center says.
Rustam Yusupov was born on 28 September 1975 in the town of Naberezhnye Chelny, Republic of Tatarstan.
In 1998 he graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation as an economist for international relations with a knowledge of a foreign language. In 2009 he graduated from the non-state eductional institution of higher professional education “High School of Privatization and Enterpreneurship - Institute” with a degree in law as a lawyer.
From July 2008 till November 2013 he worked as Head of Land Relations at the Federal Agency for State Property Management.
