Bunker fuel origin is checked by manufacturer’s quality certificate, customs official says

The origin of bunker fuel registered as supplies is checked by manufacturer’s quality certificate, IAA PortNews journalist cites Natalya Vozzhayeva, representative of the North West Energy Customs Point, as saying at VIII annual international congress Oil Terminal being held in Saint-Petersburg.

According to her, fuel should be produced by licensed refineries, the list of which is available at the website of RF Energy Ministry.
