  RF Government issues Decree on reclamation of land for construction of port Sabetta

  

  RF Government has issued a Decree on reclamation of land for construction of a seaport near Sabetta settlement (Yamal-Nenets autonomous region). The document has been published on November 26, 2013.
  
  Seaport Sabetta is being built in compliance with the Decree of RF Government dated 13.07.2012 No 1259-r to ensure transshipment of crude hydrocarbons of the South Tambey (Tambeyskoye) gas field in the Yamal peninsula and supply of natural gas, oil and gas condensate by marine transport to the countries of the West Europe, North and South America as well as Asia-Pacific region. 
  
  The above Decree is supplemented with the Decree No 2164-r (as of November 22, 2013) on land reclamation required for further construction of berths and racks for shipment of liquefied natural gas.
  
  The document is focused on optimization of Sabetta project solutions.
  
  The provisions of the document are to be implemented within the framework of the federal special-purpose programme “Development of Russia’s transport system (2010 – 2020)”.
