Aegis Limited, a global outsourcing and technology services company, announced today the successful completion of the acquisition of Symphony BPO Solutions Sdn. Bhd. Aegis had entered into a definitive agreement with Symphony House Berhad, a Malaysia-based company listed on Bursa Malaysia stock exchange, to fully acquire their contact center and financial solutions operations in Malaysia, the company said in its press release.
Symphony BPO Solutions is one of Asia's leading providers of outsourcing services, with operational headquarters in Kuala Lumpur. With over 1,000 professionals and strategic presence in Kuala Lumpur, this acquisition would provide Aegis with an excellent infrastructure, diversified client base, strengthened domain expertise and language capabilities across Bahasa, Mandarin, English, Japanese and Korean languages.
