FESCO Novik joins FESCO Group’s fleet

FESCO Transportation Group has been expanded with the FESCO Novik vessel. According to the Group’s press center, the delivery took place at port Limassol (Cyprus) on March 25, 2014.  

The container carrier will fly the flag of the Russian Federation and will be registered in Vladivostok.
The vessel’s full capacity is 707 TEUs with a possibility to carry up to 150 refrigerated containers. Ice class meets the standards necessary for operation in the Far East region, the statement says.

“FESCO Novik” will be deployed for short sea lines Vladivostok - Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky - Magadan”.

The vessel was built in 2004 in Germany, her length is 133.58 m, breadth — 19.4 m, deadweight — 8,508 t. Maximum speed — 17.9 knots.
