Port of Tallinn to host international seminar dedicated to development of LNG infrastructure in Baltic sea ports

Port of Tallinn will host an International seminar dedicated to the development of LNG infrastructure in the Baltic sea ports on 25th of September 2014.

The seminar which will be held in Muuga harbour will discuss the following questions:
New LNG terminals in Estonia and Finland - what will be the impact on the distribution of LNG in the region?
Is the LNG small scale bunkering network in Baltic will be developed?
LNG distribution and shipowners - what is the latest?

„LNG in Baltic Sea Ports” is a Motorways of the Sea project co-financed by the EU TEN-T Multi-Annual Programme and offers a possibility in the process of adapting to the new SECA content limits. The initiative aims to foster a harmonised approach towards LNG bunker filling infrastructure in the Baltic Sea area and seven ports are involved in the project – Aarhus, Copenhagen-Malmö, Helsingborg, Helsinki, Stockholm, Tallinn and Turku.
