Oleg Valinsky appointed as head of Oktyabrskaya Railway

Oleg Valinsky has been appointed as the head of Oktyabrskaya Railway, the Railway’s press center says.

Oleg Valinsky was born on October 21, 1961, in Leningrad. In 1986 he graduated from Leningrad railway college named after Dzerzhinsky, in 1997 Saint-Petersburg State Transport University.

From August 7, 2008 Oleg Valinsky was holding the position of the first deputy to the head of Oktyabrskaya Railway.
