Bunker prices at Far East ports go down in early 4th week (graph)

According to IAA PortNews bunker prices review, average price for IFO-180 НS at port Vladivostok was $218 per tonne(-$7),  MGO price was $475 per tonne (-$25).

Minimum price for MGO is $450 per tonne.

The port of Singapore sees a decrease of indicative prices (some $4 on the average).
