Rotterdam–Felixstowe ferry beats records again

In week 4, the DFDS Rotterdam-Felixstowe roro service has set another record of 65,179 lane meters shipped in one week. This beats the previous record of 62,879 lane meters in December last year, the company said in its press release.
 
The service achieved a 94.6% utilisation rate over 30 sailings. As the demand on both Rotterdam routes is increasing, it is only a matter of time before we reach another record,” says Allan Hull, Route Director. The Rotterdam – Felixstowe freight route is served by Flandria Seaways, Selandia Seaways and Sueacia Seaways. Together they perform 30 sailings per week.
