Vyacheslav Biryukov appointed as deputy head of Novorossiysk Customs (photo)

Vyacheslav Biryukov has been appointed deputy head of Novorossiysk Customs on staff relations. According to the press center of Southern Customs, the Order has been signed by the Federal Customs Service of Russia. 

Vyacheslav Biryukov was born on July 20, 1968 in Taganrog, obtained higher professional education. He has been working in customs since 1995.
