CMA CGM implements an Emergency Port Congestion Surcharge from all origins to Douala

The port congestion at Douala has been increasing over the last weeks, reaching up to 30 days and affecting EURAF 4 line, the company said in its press release.

CMA CGM will consequently implement an Emergency Port Congestion Surcharge as follows:

From all origins to Douala
 All types of containers
 EUR 250 / USD 270 / GBP 185 per 20'
 EUR 350 / USD 380 / GBP 255 per 40'
 Application: May 1st, 2015 (B/L date), except for USA (May 6th, 2015, B/L date)

This Emergency Port Congestion Surcharge comes in addition to the current Port Congestion Surcharge, the amounts of which being as follows:
 From North Europe, East Med, West Med, North Africa, North America, Black Sea and Red Sea
 All types of containers
 EUR 350 / USD 450 / GBP 275 per 20'
 EUR 450 / USD 580 / GBP 353 per 40'
