Bunker prices at Far East ports go down in early 23rd week (graph)

According to IAA PortNews bunker prices review, average price for IFO-180 НS at port Vladivostok was $319 per tonne (-$3), MGO price was $584 per tonne (-$8).

Average indications at the internal market are steady at RUB 19,000 pmt for heavy fuel oil and RUB 34,300 pmt for MGO.

Market players note the deficit of IFO-180 HS in the region.

The port of Singapore sees an increase of heavy fuel indications by $4 while MGO prices are flat.
