Vladimir Gudkov appointed Acting Director of Rosmorport’s Astrakhan Branch (photo)
Vladimir Gudkov has been appointed Acting Director of the FSUE Rosmorport Astrakhan Branch, Rosmorport says. Vladimir Gudkov comes into office from June 10, 2015 under the Order No 375/k signed on May 8, 2015.
Vladimir Gudkov had been holding the position of Deputy Director of the FSUE Rosmorport Astrakhan Branch from June 2, 2015.
Vladimir Gudkov was born on 13 April 1956 in the Ozerany village of Rogachev area, Gomel Region, Belorussian SSR. In 1981 he graduated from the Caspian Higher Naval Red Banner Academy named after S.M. Kirov with a degree “naval navigator” and a qualification “officer with higher education of engineer-navigator”. In 2005 he graduated from the Academy of Labor and Social Relations with a degree in law and a wualification “lawyer”.
He is labor active since 1974.
From February 2010 till May 2010 he worked as chief mate at the Yuzhny ship of state enterprise “Sevastopol Sea Fish Port”.
From May 2010 till January 2011 he worked as chief mate at private vessels.
From February 2011 till May 2012 he worked as ship master at the ships of state enterprise “Sevastopol Sea Fish Port”.
From May 2012 till July 2013 he conssecutively held positions of first deputy chief of department, shief of department of techological fleet and underwater technical works of the state joint-stock partnership “Chernomorneftegaz”.
From August 2013 till June 2014 he worked as shift mate of a roads diving ship of the emergency andrescue fleet of the army unit 63876 of the Ministry of Defence of Russia.
From August 2014 till May 2015 he worked as chief of port fleet of the Sevastopol state unitary enterprise “Sevastopol Sea trade port”.
