Arkady Dvorkovich elected Chairman of Russian Railways BoD
The Board of Directors of Russian Railways OJSC elected Deputy PM of the Russian Federation Arkady Dvorkovich as the BoD Chairman at its meeting held on June 22, the company says in its press release.
Besides, it was decided to recommend the general meeting of Russian Railways shareholders to pay RUB 45,000,000 as dividends for 2014.
Russian Railways was set up on October 1, 2003 pursuant to RF Government Decree No 585 "On foundation of Open joint Stock Company "Russian railways" dated 18 September 2003. The Company is 100% owned by the Russian Government.
