Rosmorrechflot issues roadmap for re-organization of FSUE Rosmorport into a Federal State-Funded Institution

Federal Marine and River Transport Agency (Rosmorrechflot) has prepared a roadmap for re-organization of FSUE Rosmorport into a Federal State-Funded Institution (FSI), IAA PortNews correspondent cites Aleksei Smirnov, Head of the Agency’s Property and Legal Department, as saying in Moscow, at the joint meeting of the Board and the Public Council of Rosmorrechflot.

Besides, FSUE Morsviazsputnik and other enterprises subordinate to Rosmorrechflot are to undergo re-organization. According to Sergei Gorelik, Acting head of the Agency, this work should be facilitated as FSUEs should cease to exist by 2018.
