On Wednesday, August 5, the Kerch Strait ferry line was operating normally. The LLC Marine Directorate's traffic control service reported that there were eight Ro-Ro / passenger vessels operating on the Kerch Strait ferry crossing: POBEDA, OLYMPIADA, KRYM and PROTOPOROS IV on the Kavkaz-Krym route and GLIKOFILOUSA III, MAJOR CHAPICHEV, KERCHENSKY-2 and YEYSK – on the Kavkaz-Kerch Maritime Trading Port line.
Since yesterday the ferries have transported: 6,110 vehicles (including 56 semi-trailer trucks) and 24,983 passengers to Port Krym; 3,484 vehicles (including 225 trucks) and 15,378 passengers to Port Kavkaz.
As of 08:00 (GMT+3), August 5 there are different types of vehicles waiting embarkation. In Port Kavkaz: 1150 passenger cars, 1 intercity bus, 22 GAZelle vans and 15 semi-trailer trucks; at the Slavyansk-on-Kuban automobile parking lot: 370 trucks; at the Krym Terminal, Port of Kerch: 70 passenger cars and 7 trucks; and 32 trucks at the parking lot of "Airport".
