State Duma approves Tax Code amendments related to bunkering activities

State Duma of the Russian Federation has approved the amendments introduced into Part 2 of the Tax Code related to the activities of the bunkering companies when it comes to selling distillates. The Bill is now to be considered by the Federation Council.
