Ministry of Trade & Industry Singapore launches 1H 2016 IGLS programme

The Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI) launched its Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) Programme for the first half of 2016. There will be 6 sites in the Confirmed List and 4 sites in the Reserve List, with a total site area of 12.24 ha, MTI said in a press release.

​The Government will continue to release sufficient land through the IGLS programme to ensure an adequate supply of industrial space in Singapore.

The list of industrial sites is as follows:
1. Plot 2, Tampines Industrial Drive
2. Plot 3, Tampines North Drive
3. Woodlands Sector 2
4. Plot 10, Tampines Industrial Drive
5. Plot 7, Tuas South Link 2
6. Plot 8, Tuas South Link 2
