According to Bunker Price Bulletin of IAA PortNews , the average indicative price at the port of Vladivostok for high-sulfur product IFO-180 HS was $ 120 pmt (-$10), MGO price was $ 340 pmt (-$10).
Minimum IFO-180 НS price is $110 pmt. MGO prices range between $330 and $350 pmt.
Average MGO indications at the port of Vladivostok are still higher than those in Singapore by $60 which makes Vladivostok prices noncompetitive in the Far East region.
Fuel oil prices on the domestic market were ranging RUB 13,000 to RUB 14,000 pmt, MGO – RUB 30,800 - RUB 32,000 pmt.
