Draft Order of RF Transport Ministry “On Approval of Rules for Management of Material Dredged at Inland Water Ways and Territorial Sea of the Russian Federation” has been brought up for preliminary public discussion. According to the federal portal for legal information, the procedure will last till March 4, 2016.
The Order is expected to be put into force in August 2016.
The draft Order sets forth the procedure of a closed auction for signing a preliminary agreement on supply f material dredged when building certain facilities at inland water ways and within the territorial sea of the Russian Federation.
