PGA informs that by a decision of the Supervisory Board of the Port of Gdansk Authority SA taken during the meeting held on 6 April 2016, Ms Dorota Raben was dismissed from the position of President of the Board of PGA SA. The function of the Board of the PGA SA will now be performed by Jerzy Melaniuk - Vice-President of the Infrastructure Department.
In addition, the content of the announcements for the competition for the recruitment process for the positions of President of the Board and Vice-President of Financial Affairs was approved during the meeting.
