According to Bunker Price Bulletin of IAA PortNews, the average indicative price at the port of Vladivostok for high-sulfur product IFO-180 HS was $214 pmt (+$1), MGO — $387 pmt (+$4).
MGO prices range between $370 and $405 pmt.
Fuel oil prices in the domestic market were ranging RUB 14,500 to RUB 16,800 pmt, MGO – RUB 28,000 to RUB 30,000 pmt.
