Yevgeny Zagorodniy was elected the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vyborg Shipyard PJSC (Leningrad Region) at the Company’s BoD meeting held on July 12, 2016, says the shipyard’s press center.
Seven members of the Company’s Board of Directors (including Yevgeny Zagorodniy) were elected at the annual general meeting of Vyborg Shipyard’s shareholders held on June 27, 2016.
Vyborg Shipyard (part of state-owned United Shipbuilding Corporation from 2012) is one of the largest shipbuilding companies of the North-Western Region of Russia with over 60-years’ experience in shipbuilding. Since its inception in 1948 the shipbuilding company has built more than 200 different vessels with a total displacement of 1,550,000 tonnes.
