CMA CGM implements GRR from South America East Coast to North Europe, Baltic, Red Sea and Mediterranean

CMA CGM has announced the following Rate Restoration Program:
Effective August 15th, 2016 (B/L date) :
From South America East Coast
    To North Europe, Baltic, Red Sea and Mediterranean
    USD 150 per 20' container (dry & reefer)
    USD 250 per 40' container (dry & reefer)
