Dmitry Ovsyannikov appointed as Acting Governor of Sevastopol

On July 28, RF President Vladimir Putin signed a Decree on early resignation of Sevastopol Governor. Sergei Menyailo was relieved of this post and Dmitry Ovsyannikov was appointed Acting Governor of Sevastopol. The document is available at the official website of RF President.

The Decree comes into effect from the day of its signing.

By the President’s Decree dated July 28, 2016 Sergei Menyailo was appointed the Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Siberian Federal District.
