CMA CGM has announced the following Rate Restoration Program:
Effective September 1st, 2016 (B/L date):
    From West Med, Adriatic, East Med and Black Sea
    To Far East, Japan, India, Gulf and Red Sea
    All cargo
    + USD 200 per 20' Dry
    + USD 300 per 40' Dry
