Amendments into Rules for Navigation in NSR waters brought up for public discussion (document)

Draft order of RF Transport Ministry “On introduction of amendments into the Rules for navigation in NSR waters approved by RF Transport Ministry’s Order No 7 dated January 17, 2013” has been brought up for public discussion. According to the federal portal for legal information, the amendments are to be introduced in view of the International Code for Ships Operating in Polar Waters (Polar Code) which comes into force in 2017.
