Facilities for icebreakers’ lay-up will appear at Big Port St. Petersburg, says press center of the city administration.

The project on construction of two berths for icebreakers’ lay-up at Big Port St. Petersburg (total area of 0.2 hectares) will be implemented under the Federal Targeted Programme.
