ATB units are not allowed to sail within water area of Passenger Port Saint-Petersburg from November 21

ATB units are not allowed to sail within water area of Passenger Port Saint-Petersburg from November 21 under the order of Port Harbour Master Igor Ishchenko.

The decision was made amid deterioration of ice situation, subzero temperatures and ice forecasts for the water area of Passenger Port Saint-Petersburg.
