Bunker prices at Novorossiysk port are still highly volatile (graph)

According to the IAA PortNews Bunker Prices Review, average bunker indications at the port of Novorossiysk differ by $40-$50.

Average price for IFO-380 НS was $214 pmt (+$4), average price for MGO was $460 pmt.

Market players mark low demand for bunkering operations, hence IFO-380 НS can drop from $240 (maximum) to $190 (minimum).

Bunker prices at the ports based in the Sea of Azov remained flat with operations limited due to storm warning.

Fuel oil price at the port of Istanbul climbed by $12.
