Bunker market of Saint-Petersburg, Russia, sees mixed price movements.

According to IAA PortNews Bunker Prices Review, bunker fuel prices at port St. Petersburg were as follows:

Average price of IFO-380 HS - $251 pmt (-$7).

Average price of MGO - $433 pmt (+$3).

Average price of ULSFO - $393 pmt (+$3).

Heavy fuel oil prices range between $235 and $270 pmt.
