  FSBI Black Sea Ports Administration has appointed Yevgeny Tuzinkevich as Harbour Master of Novorossiysk seaport from 3 May 2017, says press center of Rosmorrechflot (Federal Marine and River Transport Agency).
  
  The Order No 64/к-мрф was signed on 28 April 2017.
  
  Yevgeny Tuzinkevich was born on 29 December 1974 in Shadrinsk, Kurgan Region. In 1998, he graduated from Novorossiysk State Marine Academy with specialization in “Ship Navigation”.
  
  In 1991-1992 – worker at 1^st Naval Shipyard.
  In 1998-2005 – 3^rd/2^nd/1^st mate at Unicom-Novorossiysk LLC.

  In 2005-2007 - 1^st mate at Baltic Group International Novorossiysk CJSC.

  In 2007-2009 - 1^st mate, mate Saint-Petersburg branch of Columbia Shipmanagement LLC.
  In 2009-2017 – Harbour Master of port Kavkaz, branch of Taman Sea Ports Administration; Harbour Master of port Kavkaz, branch of Azov Sea Ports Administration; Acting Harbour Master.
