CMA CGM announces FAK rates from Asia to US ports

CMA CGM has announced Freight All Kinds (FAK) rates as follows as from June 1st, 2017:
 Origin Range: From direct Asian ports
 Destination Range: To US ports
 Quantum to US West Coast ports: USD 1,650 per 40'
 Quantum to US East Coast ports : USD 2,650 per 40'
 These rates are subject to applicable tariff/contract surcharges
 Date of application: From June 1st, 2017
