FSUE Rosmorport says it has appointed Elena Bulanova, chief accountant of the FSUE Rosmorport, as Acting Director of Rosmorport’s Vanino Branch from 25 May 2017 (Order No 413/к, dated 23 May 2017).
Elena Bulanova was born on December, 17th, 1969 in the settlement of Sovetskoe, Dolinsky area, Sakhalin region.
In 1996 she graduated from Economics and Law Academy in Khabarovsk with a specialization in accounting and audit, as an economist.
From October, 1988 till May, 1990 she worked as senior librarian in Recreation centre of Northern Ship-repair Plant in the town of Sovetskaya Gavan.
From May, 1990 till July, 1994 she was accountant at Ministry of Marine Fleet ship-repair plant.
From June, 1994 till March, 2003 she consecutively held the positions of chief of accountants’ department industrial sector, assistant to chief accountant, chief accountant at ship-repair plant "Yakor".
From March 2003 till October, 2004 she was chief accountant at Sovetsko-Gavanskaya Ship-repair Company.
In October, 2004 Elena Aleksandrovna was appointed chief accountant of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Vanino branch.
From May 2017 till present she has been acting as Director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Vanino branch.
