In January-June 2017, seaports of Russia handled 384 mln t of cargo (+11.3%, year-on-year) including 174 mln t of dry cargo (+10.8%) and 210 mln t of liquid bulk cargo (+11.8%), says press center of Federal Marine and River Transport Agency (Rosmorrechflot).
Seaports of the Arctic basin handled 36.1 mln t (+68.3%) including 13.9 mln t of dry cargo (+ 7.9%) and 22.2 mln t of liquid bulk cargo (+ 159 %).
Seaports of the Baltic Sea Basin handled 124.7 mln t (+ 6.9%) including 49.9 mln t of dry cargo (+15.2%) and 74.74 mln t of liquid bulk cargo (+ 2%).
Seaports of the Azov-Black Sea Basin handled 125.9 mln t (+ 11.1 %) including 50.9 mln t of dry cargo (+11.2%) and 75 mln t of liquid bulk cargo (+11%).
Seaports of the Caspian Basin handled 1.7 mln t (-41.1 %) including 1.2 mln t of dry cargo (-16.3%) and 0.5 mln t of liquid bulk cargo (- 65.5%).
Seaports of Far East Basin handed 95.8 mln t (+ 5.4%) including 58.1 mln t of dry cargo (+ 8.1%) and 37.7 mln t of liquid bulk cargo (+1.5%).
