Media-Group PortNews continues working on the new edition of “PortNews. Port Service.” journal which will be issued on 1 September 2017. The journal will be distributed at specialized exhibition and conferences as well as though subscription.
Special place in the journal has been traditionally given to the bunkering market. A lot of material is dedicated to the issues of emergency response, towing and icebreaking services.
Within the covers of the new edition we will discuss new requirements including those related to ballast water management and opportunities for organization of new business at seaports – accepting of ballast waters for further treatment.
Amid hot discussions of environmental aspects related to operation of coal terminals we are going to evaluate measures undertaken for dust suppression and compare them to expert analysis.
