Icebreaking fleet of Rosmorport’s Azov Basin Branch is ready for the ice navigation season of 2018, IAA PortNews correspondent cites ABB Director Valery Tatkalo as saying at the open meeting of the Basin Committee in Rostov-on-Don.

According to him all the six vessels (Kapitan Demidov, KapitanMoshkin, Kama, Kapitan Chudinov, Kapitan Kharchikova and Fanagoria) are prepared for operation. “They have been fuelled, loaded with provision and manned”, emphasized Valery Tatkalo.

Icebreaker assistance season at the port of Tagnrog is announced from January 13, at the ports of Rostov-on-Don and Azov – from January 14, at the port of Yeisk – from January 16.
