Beginning of icebreaker assistance period announced at port Primorsk (Leningrad Region)

Port Primorsk has announced the beginning of icebreaker assistance period in the water area of the port and at the approaches to it amid heavy ice formation. Under the Order signed by Harbour Master Igor Zolotykh on 16 January 2018 (No 4-02-р), icebreaker assistance is offered from 17 January 2018 starting from 12:00 (Moscow time).
