RF Transport Ministry approves the list of seaport infrastructure facilities

The Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation has approved the list of seaport infrastructure facilities. RF Transport Ministry’s Order dated 7 November 2017 (No 475) is available on the official website for legal information.

The list includes coast protection works, docks and slipways, icebreaking tugboats, port fleet units, aids to navigation, facilities of common shipping control and administration service, railway and motor road approaches, utilities, warehouses, administrative buildings and other facilities.

The list of seaport infrastructure facilities has been approved in compliance with Clause 1 of Article 4 of the Federal Law dated 8 November 2007 (No 261-ФЗ) “On seaports of the Russian Federation and introduction of amendments into certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation”.
