  Average indicative price of heavy fuel oil are going down at the port of Saint-Petersburg, Russia following the last week’s growth.

  Fuel oil indications at the port of Rotterdam have increased by $1 on the average, light fuel – fell by $9.

  According to IAA PortNews Bunker Prices Review, bunker fuel prices at port St. Petersburg were as follows:
  
  Average price of IFO-380 HS - $315 pmt (-$8). 

  Average price of MGO - $560 pmt (-$13).

  Average price of ULSFO - $510 pmt (-$23). 

  Maximum/minimum price difference depends on the amount of fuel sold and its availability. The difference has decreased.
