Bunker market shows mixed price movements at the Port of Saint-Petersburg, Russia (graph)

Average indicative price of heavy fuel oil at the port of Saint-Petersburg, Russia shows fluctuations of $2-3.

Fuel oil indications at the port of Rotterdam have increased by $2 on the average, MGO –by $6.

According to IAA PortNews Bunker Prices Review, bunker fuel prices at port St. Petersburg were as follows:

Average price of IFO-380 HS - $313 pmt (-$2). 

Average price of MGO - $552 pmt (+$2).

Average price of ULSFO - $508 pmt (-$2). 

Maximum/minimum price of IFO-380 HS is ranging between $310 and $320 pmt. The difference depends on the amount of fuel sold and its availability.
