RF Government approves federal law on setting rouble prices for services offered in Russian seaports
The Government of the Russian Federation has approved the draft federal law “On introduction of amendments into the Federal Law “On seaports of the Russian Federation and on introduction of amendments into certain legislation acts of the Russian Federation (in the part of setting rouble prices for services offered at the seaports of the Russian Federation)” and ordered to submit it to the State Duma in accordance with the established procedure. The decision was made at the meeting of RF Government held on 22 March 2018.
The draft law is intended to exclude a possibility of setting prices for services offered at the ports of the Russian Federation in foreign currency or in currency units. Prices should be set only in roubles.
The draft law was considered and approved on 19 March 2018, at the meeting of RF Government’s Law-Making Commission.
