  Nevsky Shipyard starts sea trials of medium sea tanker of project 23130 (photo)

  

  Nevsky Shipyard says medium sea tanker of the project 23130 «Academic Pashin», the yard number 901 started sea trials on the Ladoga Lake on 17 of 2018.

  The construction of the vessel is carried out in accordance with the state contract for the Ministry of Defense of Russian Federation. The project was developed by "Spetssudoproekt" CJSC.

  A special feature of the vessel is its increased design life, namely: the thickness of the hull and the ship's pipelines are calculated on the basis of a 40-year service life.

  The vessel is designed for receiving, storing, transporting and transferring of liquid cargo: diesel fuel, fuel oil, aviation kerosene, motor oil, water; dry cargo: food, skipper and technical equipment.

  The navigation area is unrestricted confirming the class of the vessel in accordance with the rules of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping.
