  The Board of Directors of Murmansk Shipping Company (OAO MSC) says that Aleksandr Bryntsev, Acting Director General of the Company from late October 2017, was elected Director General by a majority of votes at the general meeting of MSC shareholders held on 24 May 2018.
  
  The meeting also considered the company’s annual report for 2017, approved the results of 2017, elected the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee.  
  
  Murmansk Shipping Company also held the BoD meeting, elected Chairman, Deputy Chairman and Secretary of the BoD  and approved the composition of MSC Board.
  
  OAO Murmansk Shipping Company is a shipping company operating in the North-West Region of the Russian Federation. For 78 years the company has been operating ice class ships sailing under the flag of the Russian Federation, mostly in the North Atlantic and the Arctic Basins.
