  Chairpersons of KN Supervisory Council and the Board of the Company elected

  

  On Monday, May 28, the Supervisory Board of AB Klaipėdos nafta (KN) elected Eimantas Kiudulas, General Director of Klaipėda Free Economic Zone (KFEZ) Management Company, to the position of the Chairman of the Supervisory Council of AB Klaipėdos nafta.
  
  Eimantas Kiudulas has been member of KN Supervisory Council since 27 April 2018. He also was member of KN Supervisory Council in 2013-2017.
   
  The Supervisory Council also adopted a decision to announce the selection of independent members of the Audit Committee.
  
  On the same date, KN Board, at its sitting, also adopted a decision regarding its chairperson by appointing Giedrius Dusevičius to the position. Giedrius Dusevičius has been member of the Board since 30 December 2016.
   
  The Supervisory Council of the Company consists of three members including the chairperson of the Supervisory Council, with at least two of the members being independent. The Supervisory Council is elected for a 4-year period by the shareholders’ meeting. The selection of candidates to the Supervisory Council of the company is performed by the Ministry of Energy.
  
  The Board of the Company consists of five members including the chairperson of the Board, with at least three of the members being independent. Members of the Board are elected for a 4-year period and recalled by the Supervisory Board.
