Draft law on NSR administration approved in the first reading by Russia’s State Duma

State Duma of the Russian Federation says it has approved in the first reading the draft law on the Northern Sea Route administration. According to the explanatory note, the draft law confirms application of the “two-key” principle providing for some documents related to functioning of the Northern Sea Route to be approved by the RF Ministry of Transport and the State Atomic Energy Corporation “Rosatom”.
