Ports of Primorsk and Ust-Luga support green shipping, to implement incentives for LNG-powered ships as from August 15, 2018

FSUE Rosmorport says when calculating port charges levied at the seaports of Primorsk and Ust-Luga its North-West basin branch will apply a rate discount for liquid bulk carriers running on liquefied natural gas (LNG).

The discount on LNG-fueled ships will be applied as from August 15, 2018. The coefficient will be 0.9 to the port fee rates of the North-West basin branch in the above seaports.
